All sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We will, however, accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or damage outside of the purchaser's control.
To file such a return request, please contact us within 30 days from the date of shipping. We do not reimburse the shipping fees paid to return the item(s). Once the defective/damaged goods are received, we will either:
(a) Re-ship the original, desired replacement goods (at no extra shipping cost.)
(b) Issue store credit for the amount of the returned goods (plus the shipping amount respective to goods returned only - not for other goods kept) in the form of an online gift certificate towards your next purchase.
(c) If the original, desired replacement goods are out-of-stock or no longer available, we will issue a refund for the amount of those products, plus the shipping fees respective to those returned products only (ie: if only one of multiple products is being returned, we will not refund all shipping fees for all the original products shipped.)
